This quilted satin dressing gown is one of those pieces that transports you to another fashion era. I can picture it being thrown on while getting ready for an evening out, or worn with a cup of coffee on a slow morning 70 or 80 years ago.

It has its flaws. There are lots of little snags and some of the quilting has come undone over the years, but it certainly is a beauty. And it’s been priced gently
