The geometric detailing, chunky collar and original metal zipper are so perfect ❤️ Likely dating from the 1950s-1960s, this beauty is very similar to some Mary Maxim designs. A one of a kind piece of Canadiana 🇨🇦

My mom kept her cheerleading sweater from high school, Tonasket High in Washington 📣 (my mom immigrated to Canada when she met my dad who was her border agent on one of her trips 😂). I remember looking through her yearbooks and giggling with my sisters at all the boys’ hairdos. She kept this sweater in the back of her closet and I always thought it was SO COOL. I thought about it this Summer and asked if I could wear it this Fall & she said yes 🌻 Such a fun piece of her past she’s kept with her 💛
