I’ve sold 4 copies so far!!! So exciting and honestly very nerve racking. Cause now that is back and really bitchy. And the big creeping “what ifs” have started, mainly, “what if it isn’t any good?”

When you work so hard and closely on a singular focus it’s really hard to remain objective.

Well for better or worse, it’s out there now!

My proof just arrived! I’m so excited! My book is now available on Amazon.

I started this project back in 2023. I puttered on it slowly in my spare time. I was finally able to work on it full time once I started to close HEA Maternity.

It was a labour of love. I’m crazy about chickens and you will be too after reading this book. This book is about chickens and answers 22 questions like: do chickens dream? How does the yoke get inside the egg? How do chickens chew? And it’s full of colour photographs!!

I started puttering on this project in 2023. It was just for fun and I had no idea what I would do with it. When I decided to close H.E.A. Was when I got the idea to turn my old research and knowledge into a book.

I don’t know who to credit for this but when I saw it I loved it!

I’ve been a business owner for 9 years and all of a sudden I’m not. What we do becomes a late part of our identity, so now I’m kind of in limbo.

I’ve been working on a chicken book, Chickens Have Ears, behind the scenes since 2023. Well I’ve finally finished it! Now to on Amazon! So I’ve had something to work on. Without it I think I’d be completely lost right now. I wanted a before I left HEA maternity, but running a business was so much work that I realized that I’d need some time and space and a whole lot of to find what I am meant to do next. 🙏 thank you for your support over the last 9 years, it’s meant a lot to me and to the moms who have consigned with me. Shopping small makes a big difference and touches a lot of lives.

The site will be live for the rest of the week as I close consignment files, but the discount will go back to 60% starting tomorrow.

To my consigning moms, I’m going to start reaching out tomorrow. I’m going in order of date consigned, so some of you might not hear from me until later in the week.
