If you're looking for a versatile fall jacket, olive green is a colour worth considering!

A little family fun for this week's fashion photos! 🍂

I decided to do something different this week and take our fall sweater coats outdoors for a photo shoot. And I had some wonderful company!

My mom and my bonus niece Michaela joined me, giving us three generations modelling some beautiful knitwear from WestEnd Knitwear and Shannon Passero.

It was such a lovely way to spend some time together, surrounded by all those gorgeous fall colours. We even had a curious cat wander into a couple of our pictures!

One of the things I love about fashion is that great style really has no age limit. It's all about finding pieces that make you feel comfortable and confident.

Let's talk about getting more wear out of the pieces in our wardrobes!

Earlier this week, we featured this lovely chocolate brown faux leather jacket from Kaffe Curve, part of our 18+ Collection.

One of the things I like about this style is how easily it could work for different occasions.

For a casual look, pair it with a simple striped t-shirt.

One of the easiest ways to make a simple jeans-and-sweater outfit feel a little more special is to add texture.

This soft grey faux fur vest from Orly is a perfect example!

We've layered it over a rich burgundy mock neck from Sunday and paired it with dark wash Olivia jeans from FDJ.

The combination of burgundy and grey is lovely for fall, and the faux fur adds just enough interest without needing lots of accessories.

A great outfit for lunch with friends, weekend outings or a casual dinner.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone! 🍂

I hope you've had a lovely weekend filled with family, friends and perhaps a little too much turkey!

We're enjoying an extra day off today, but Gail, Joanne and I will be back tomorrow, refreshed and ready to show you all the wonderful fall styles that have been arriving.

Speaking of fall, here's a great casual combination — grey denim from FDJ, a grey mock neck sweater from Lyla + Luxe and a black quilted vest from Sunday.

It's one of those easy outfits that works for running errands, heading out for coffee or enjoying a casual afternoon.
