Introducing our lightweight jogger! They are not only light weight, but cater to ladies of ALL shapes and sizes.
On the first slide, our model is wearing a L at 5’8 and our model on the following slide is also wearing an L at 6’5!
We spent so much time designing the jogger to ensure that we could cater to everyone and not have to force you to size up by 2-3 sizes. That’s what it means to be a modest activewear brand, we are modest by default so we cater to you! Not the other way around. We hold sizes XS to 3XL to ensure that all women are seen ❤️

5 Ways to CRUSH your fitness goals:

1. Set smart goals. They must be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound. Instead of just saying, I want to lose weight, try setting a smart goal instead. I want to lose 1 pound every week for the next two months in order to achieve my weight loss of 8 pounds.

2. Make a plan. Write out a plan that details what steps you need to reach your goal. If we follow the example above, you can say to yourself that you will not eat out and uniquely make healthy at home meals.

3. Celebrate the winds. Celebrate your small wins along the way to keep you motivated. Perhaps one day you really wanted to get some type of fried food but you hold yourself back. This is a win!

4. Get help. Seek out help from mentors or friends when needed. If you are struggling to get motivation to go to the gym, maybe try and set a date with a friend of yours to go work out together.

5. Believe in yourself. Believe in yourself and your ability to reach her goal. You are strong, you are capable, and you are determined. Believe in yourself, and in the capabilities that you have.
