I was open yesterday after very loudly pointing out that I had no access to front door. Crew grudgingly put a ramp to front door. Came out to front door an hour later to see a big cone right in front of door! I gave up and went home.. When I left yesterday they had not poured the 2nd color of cement yet so IF they are pouring on a Saturday it will be the same as yesterday. So I am going to be closed today (Sat). Hopefully full access will be back on Tuesday and back to reg hours. 🤞

51 Ave is under construction again and access to the front door is a mess. Yesterday I had a customer in that obviously had a walking disability. When she left the building she had to try and get over 3 guide lines, manoeuvre the different dirt piles, get through the yellow tape tied to cones and get past the big van and trailer parked right in front of the entrance (on the street). This van and trailer could have been parked in front of the alley as it is blocked off to traffic anyways. Yesterday it appeared that the rebar and maybe cement will be poured at my entrance today so I am going to close for today judging from my experience yesterday. Will re-evaluate at the end of the day to see where the situation sits for accessibility for tomorrow. 😔
