ASFullofLove Hi, my name is Asia. I am one of the creators of ASFullofLove. My mom also helps create and deaign items. We make crochet and knit items in a large variety.

I enjoy making stuffies and cute plushies, while my mom loves to make hats and scarves SHIPPING
I will try to have your item dispatched within three business days. This will reflect Canada Post's business days and hours. I will email you a tracking number once I receive one. If the order is unable to have a tracking number I will contact you at the next opportunity. When shipping items I can not guarantee there will be no damage when the products are in possession of an external shipping company. I will give my best effort to send your product in packaging to prevent damage.

**Shipping is 5 starting rate. If your purchase is more than 50$ it will be free delivery (outside of Port Alberni**
EXCHANGES&RETURNS
In the event you are not satisfied with your product, I will accept returns or exchanges if the product is not washed or the backings are still intact. If the product has been used I will not be offering refunds or exchanges. Please read the description and ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase.

***IMPORTANT***
For accessories, please clean the surface of desired items thoroughly with a preferred cleaner, dry and apply the things. Then flatten with a card to remove any bubbles. Please be aware products are subjected to shrink if you wash and dry the cotton clothing. To avoid this please wash in cold or warm. Dry on either low heat or lay flat to dry. This will also extend the life of your clothing product design and clothing size.
