Hey everyone! Autumn here 👋
FINALLY getting the chance to provide you all with a proper update!
This past week has been stressful and emotional to say the least. You may have noticed that this business page was posting some very unusual content that was way out of character. This is because my socials were compromised one week ago.
My friend and I spent tireless hours trying to retrieve each account and were successful on all fronts. It is safe to confirm that my business page is now back to normal and you will no longer see any of that unusual activity.
You'll notice, however, that my business name is not currently "Tall Birches". This is because very specific details on here were changed and I am not able to change my name back for 14 days. It is basic FB policy that won't allow this. So, hang tight and I will be changing my profile name back ASAP.
Rest assured, all is good and I am so grateful for those of you who checked in on me and provided support ❤️ I will be taking a breather on here as I am still feeling a little put off by the experience but will be back at it soon enough!
I'd like to give a huge shoutout to my good friend, Mitchell, for without him I would most likely not be back on here right now. He spent hours regaining each account and I am so thankful for his support.
I've spent 3 years trying my best to create content that truly represents the business at its core and was so gutted when I thought I had lost it all.
Hope everyone has been well and thank you for sticking around! I understand how confusing this must have been. I've learned so much and am ready to put this behind me!
