Tomorrow is the big day, Run for the Cure, where I will join hundreds of women in running 5 km in support of the endless women and men who face the devastating hurdles that come with a cancer diagnosis. I am still trying to reach my goal and I'm asking you to help me do it! Any little bit helps bring a family peace and comfort and you would be playing a big part by helping out with any little bit you can!

Am I a runner? Absolutely not, but this Sunday, October 4th, I’m putting on my headphones, tying my sneakers, and running the CIBC Run for the Cure as a solo team, right here in Norfolk County. 🩷🩷🩷
Pushing through a little uncomfortability is the least I can do compared to what so many brave women face every single day, fighting breast cancer. This isn't about comfort—it's about stepping up for everyone who has fought, is currently fighting, or has been impacted by cancer. 💪🏼
I may be running solo, but can't do it alone, I need your help to make an impact. Every single dollar counts, no matter how small. A massive thanks to anyone who is able to help support me in this meaningful cause. 🙏🏼

I saw a mom do this with her daughter in a video and I had to try it. I gave Naomi the phone facing her and told her I had to do a video for work and I got the cutest reaction. Just seeing her face light up like that makes my whole world go round 🌎
Also note the humbling moment when she asks why the video is not on me... 🤦🏼‍♀️ Gotta love their honestly lmao

We were able to catch the Red Clay Strays while I was in Vancouver and they put on a wicked show. I definitely recommend checking them out if you get the chance! 🎸
