March 31 is the International day of Transgender Visibility and Trans qathet is spending this whole month of March honouring it! Our bakery wants to help acknowledge the Trans community this month the best way we know how- CUPCAKES!

Send us a private message and Pre-order your 2 pack of cupcakes (one confetti and one double chocolate per pack) for $10 to be picked up at the Farmers' Market on Sunday the 27th and we'll donate $8 to Trans qathet!
(If you're unable to make the market, we can deliver on the 28th for our normal $5 delivery charge)

Trans qathet provides peer support for trans and gender diverse individuals in the qathet Regional District while working to create visibility and safety. This month they are raising funds for their Helping Hands Project which helps financially support their programming, events, and their community members who are in need of assistance.

Well, the rumours are true. Our retail location at the Townsite Public Market will be closing permanently at the end of the month. It's been an AMAZING ride these past years and I will miss my market neighbours and all my wonderful and loyal customers so so much, but after spending more time doing birthwork over the pandemic, it's become really clear that my passions and my heart lie elsewhere, and dividing my attention has been just a little bit exhausting.🥴 Please follow my account to see what I get up to in the future, and stay tuned here for more news on the upcoming sales and last days. I do hope to continue sewing and putting out clothes from time to time... maybe some pop ups? This won't be the end for my seaside aenfae brand, but a really exciting adventure into supporting birthing people, and providing educational supports and advocacy to qathet families in their reproductive journeys.
