This logo is in the process of being a trademark and I was informed from my lawyers to incorporate the TM with the kiyam logo on display.

This is an exciting and a long process as I am First Nation owned and operated clothing company.

Which delivers services in screen printing,DTF printing, embroidery, and wholesaler for clothing.

I just want to thank everybody for their continued support throughout the years and I will continue to do the best I can in this industry as a First Nation entrepreneur.

Clothing & Custom Orders Policy

1. Order Processing Time
• Ready-to-ship clothing will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders require 7–14 business days for production, depending on design complexity and order volume. Rush orders may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).

2. Custom Orders
• All custom orders are made-to-order and designed based on the customer’s specifications (design, size, color, etc.).
• A 50–100% deposit (depending on total) is required to begin production.
• Once production has started, custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
• Mock-ups or previews may be provided upon request prior to production.

3. Design Approval
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all custom designs, colors, and sizing before final confirmation.
• Once a design is approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom-made items.
• For standard clothing, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, defect, etc.), please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

5. Sizing
• A sizing guide is available for all standard garments. For custom fits, exact measurements must be provided at the time of order.
• We are not responsible for sizing errors on custom orders if incorrect or incomplete measurements were provided by the customer.

6. Shipping
• All orders are shipped via [Canada Post / UPS / USPS – customize as needed].
• Tracking will be provided once the order ships.
• Kiyam Clothing Wear is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

7. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already started.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once production has begun.
