Use as hot or cold packs. Will help relieve sore achy muscles, cramps, sprains, migranes, and even helps anxiety. With the weight of the bags, has some same benefits as a weighted blanket.
When heated the lavender will activate. Lavender is a great calming aid, sleep aid, mental relaxation and more. I love heating one up before a winter walk. Just zip your coat right over top, and stay toasty
