Some weddings just stay with you, and A&E's is definitely one of them. 🤍

From the moment they asked me to be their Day-of Coordinator, I knew this celebration was going to be something special. A's excitement was absolutely contagious—we clicked instantly, and together we brought her vision of the ultimate party to life.

The day gave us everything: sunshine, a little wind, and the best kind of wedding-day vibes. Surrounded by incredible family and friends, it was such an honour to help everything come together seamlessly.

A huge shoutout to **Redneck Kitchen** for keeping everyone well fed and to **The Bucking Bar** for serving up amazing drinks all evening!

What an incredible afternoon celebrating one amazing young woman as she stepped into her sweet sixteen! From the cheerful lemon details to the laughter shared with family and friends, every moment was full of sunshine and joy.

Busy season has officially arrived! ✨

As an event planner, summer means every weekend is a chance to celebrate something special. Weddings, festivals, community events, workshops, family gatherings—it's the season where memories are made.

What people don't always see is that while one event wraps up, the next is already underway. Weekdays are spent catching up, tying up loose ends, answering emails, coordinating vendors, and preparing for the next celebration on the calendar. It's a whirlwind, but it's the kind of busy I love.

This summer is packed with so many exciting things, including multiple weddings, community events, and a few family adventures squeezed in between. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who trusts Poppy Design Co. Events to be part of their milestones and celebrations.

While summer calendars are full, my books are now open for October events and the holiday season. Whether you're planning a festive gathering, corporate celebration, community event, or winter wedding, it's never too early to start the conversation.
