Poppy Design Co. Events

It may only be September, but corporate holiday party season will be here before we know it.

Poppy Design Co. Events is now booking corporate holiday parties for the 2026 season!

Whether you’re planning an intimate team celebration or a full-scale company Christmas party, I can help bring it together — from the overall theme and design to décor, setup, activities, entertainment coordination and all those little details that make an event memorable.

If your team is ready to celebrate the end of another year without adding “plan the Christmas party” to someone’s already-full workload, I’d love to help.

December dates are limited, so now is the time to secure your preferred date.

Reach out to Poppy Design Co. Events to start planning your 2026 corporate holiday celebration.

Summer, you were a busy one. ☀️

A few weddings, a whole lot of community events, race days, road trips, carnival nights, celebrations, early mornings, late nights, and so many moments in between.

Somehow this summer was equal parts work, play, chaos, and really great memories — and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Here’s to a summer well spent, a camera roll overflowing, and maybe catching my breath before the next season begins. 🤍

Looking forward to the upcoming fall events. I still have a bit of room in the calendar, so dm me to make you event a reality.

A little sneak peek from C&L’s incredible day 🤍

There’s something so special about watching months of planning come together and seeing a couple surrounded by the people they love most. It’s an honour to be trusted with such an important day—and to play even a small part in the beginning of someone’s forever.

C&L, thank you for trusting Poppy with your day. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and beautiful memories together. 🤍

More from this gorgeous day to come!

Summer isn't over yet... and neither are the reasons to celebrate. ☀️✨

Whether it's a romantic picnic for two, a birthday with your favourite people, a beautifully styled dinner party, a bridal celebration, or simply an excuse to gather, I'd love to bring your vision to life.

Every setup is thoughtfully designed to create a space that's as beautiful as the memories you'll make there.

There are still a few dates available this summer, with fall bookings now open as well. Send me a message and let's start planning something special.

Some weddings just stay with you, and A&E's is definitely one of them. 🤍

From the moment they asked me to be their Day-of Coordinator, I knew this celebration was going to be something special. A's excitement was absolutely contagious—we clicked instantly, and together we brought her vision of the ultimate party to life.

The day gave us everything: sunshine, a little wind, and the best kind of wedding-day vibes. Surrounded by incredible family and friends, it was such an honour to help everything come together seamlessly.

A huge shoutout to **Redneck Kitchen** for keeping everyone well fed and to **The Bucking Bar** for serving up amazing drinks all evening!

This is just a little sneak peek—there are plenty more beautiful moments to share. Thank you, A&E, for trusting me with such an important day. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable adventures together. Congratulations again! ❤️
