🌲 Tuesday Trail Run Tomorrow Night! 👟

We’re heading out to Sisters Creek!
📍 Meet at Kersley Elementary School
🕠 5:50 pm — we’ll head to the trail from there

New to trail running? Come give it a try! We’ll work on trail-running skills as we go and learn how to handle different terrain, hills, roots, rocks and everything else the trail throws at us.

All skill levels are welcome!
💲 $10 drop-in

🏅 FRIDAY FUN POLL — WHERE WILL YOUR REASON 2 RISE MEDAL LIVE? 🏅

You crossed the finish line. You earned the medal. You proudly wear it around for the rest of the day…

But then what happens to it? 😂

Where do your race medals live now?

A) 🏅 Proudly displayed! I have a medal hanger/wall and they ALL go up.

B) ✨ Only the special ones make the display. The rest are tucked away.

C) 📦 I have a collection… it's just currently living in a drawer, box or closet. 😂

D) 🤷 I honestly have no idea where half of them are.

Run With Friends tonight August 20!!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️☀️

I’m not sure how it keeps happening, but apparently Thursday has decided to be the hottest day of the week. 😂🥵

We’re still running! Meet at Barkerville Brewing at 5:45pm and we’ll decide on our route from there.

☀️ Come prepared for the heat

As always, everyone is welcome and all paces are welcome. We’ll keep it sensible, have some fun, and get our Thursday run in.

All skill levels are welcome! These runs are 30min out and back, time is counted not distance.

My daughter got married last night, and after such a wonderful and busy day, I just needed a quiet morning to recharge. 💕
