Proper bra care can truly extend the life of your bra!

The key is to:
✨Hand wash or machine wash in protective bag with bra bundled together

✨Wash in cool or cold water (for both hand and machine wash)

✨ ALWAYS air dry! The dryer is no friend to your bra.

Girls shouldn’t have to choose between feeling comfortable and participating in their favourite sport.

The University of Portsmouth surveyed youth ages 11-18 and found that:
👉🏼 63% of girls who wore a D cup or larger said their breasts affected their participation in sports
👉🏼 38% said breast bounce was their most common concern
👉🏼 34% felt embarrassed changing in front of their peers

Introducing The Portrait Project: Faces of Strength 🩷 We're looking for six individuals from Central Alberta who have personally experienced breast cancer.hether they were recently diagnosed, are currently in treatment, are living with metastatic breast cancer or are years beyond treatment - we want to hear your story!

Kimtimates and Stacey Tompkins Photography are teaming up to celebrate real and diverse experiences of living with and beyond breast cancer. No matter how "big" or "small" your story feels, we'd love to help you share it.

Selected participants will receive a complimentary 30 minute portrait session with Stacey plus one professionally edited portrait. The portrait session will take place on Sunday, September 13th at Gilded Grove - Photography Studio
