Sew Bizzy Sewing lessons for children Ages 8-13

These "learn to sew" lessons with will teach your child the very basics of sewing. Lessons are a minimum of 4 weeks.

Your child will learn the do's and dont's of sewing, all parts of the sewing machine as well as tools/notions and basic cutting. The first class will consist of rules, safety, the parts and features of the sewing machine.They will also have chance to set up their machine (bobbin winding, threading machine,trying different stitches) and have fun sewing some straight and curvy lines to get the feel

of it. Lesson 2-4 will be our project classes. The project information will come home with your child with a list of supplies they will need. Sew Bizzy provides everything you need to start your sewing lessons with the exception of fabric, thread and bobbins for your projects. Each lesson will be 1 hour in duration.
