Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and personalized styling assistance to customers in selecting eyewear that complements their fashion and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest eyewear trends and product offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in eyewear or fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A creative eye for styling and a passion for helping others look their best.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, design, or a related field is a plus.
