They say the snowmobiling world is small, but sometimes it’s even smaller than you think! Please help us welcome our final Ambassador for the season, Alicia Manchon from right here on the Connecticut shoreline! 🌊❄️

Alicia’s journey to the team was a special one—after some technical glitches, she became my only one-on-one phone interview. During our chat, we realized we aren't just fellow sledders; we are neighbors living only one town apart! 🤯 It truly is a small world.

Alicia has been a part of the TNT family since March 2019, but she has been carving up the trails in the Northeast Kingdom (NEK) of Vermont and New Hampshire for over 14 years. When she isn’t piloting her Ski-Doo Renegade through the pines, you can find her skiing or out on the boat during the warmer months. She even shares her home turf in VT with fellow TNT Ambassador, Karen Nelson!

Alicia is passionate about the "mental" side of the sport. She knows that women often underestimate their own abilities, and she’s dedicated to being that positive voice that reminds them just how capable they really are. 🦾✨

Alicia, I am so glad we finally connected (and found out we’re practically neighbors!). We are thrilled to have your 14 years of experience and your encouraging spirit on the team!

Please give a massive welcome to one of our long-time community members and newest Ambassadors, Gisele Nystrom from Alberta, Canada! 🏔️

Gisele has been a part of the TNT family since July 8th, 2017, but her riding journey started years before that. When she first started at age 22, she struggled in a group where she was half the size of the guys and was told to "just use your body and lean." Frustrated and almost ready to quit, she finally found a ladies' group that gave her the patience and confidence she needed to actually develop her skills.

Today, Gisele is a backcountry force on her 2021 Polaris Khaos 850, and she has vowed to never let another woman feel the way she did starting out. Known as the "Mama Bear" of her riding group, she hosts rides and stands up for anyone being belittled or discouraged. For Gisele, sledding is therapy—a place where she feels like the best version of herself, far above the clouds. ☁️✨

Gisele, we love your "go hard" attitude and your passion for making the powersports world a welcoming place for everyone. We are so proud to have you representing TNT!

If you want to know what "Challenge Accepted" looks like, meet a true legend of the UP: Michelle Vallier Labadie aka ! 🔥

Michelle’s life on a sled started when she was just a toddler, when her parents would take her for rides to help her fall asleep. Decades later, she hasn't slowed down a bit! Whether she’s on her 2017 RMK 800 deep in the woods or cruising the trails, Michelle lives for the ride and the history of the sport—even spending her time giving tours at the Top of the Lake Snowmobile Museum.

Michelle is the definition of resilient. Throughout her life, she’s been told "no" or faced hurdles that would have sidelined most people, but she has spent her career proving the doubters wrong. From racing ovals and snocross to logging an incredible 608-mile day, she has constantly reinvented herself to keep her passion alive.

Today, Michelle is a pillar of her community. She offers youth rides, hosts safety classes, and gets involved in the legislation that protects our trails. For Michelle, snowmobiling is more than a hobby—it’s her therapy and the way she builds lifelong memories with family and friends.

Michelle, your faith, your grit, and your "infectious" positivity are what make this community great. We are so honored to have this TNT "oldie" back on the team to show us all how it’s done!

If you’re looking for a rider who is as real as it gets, meet Megan Bursey. 🏔️

Growing up in Sparwood, BC, Megan was on Skandics and Arctic Cats from a young age. After a break to become a Registered Nurse, she returned to the Kootenays ten years ago and rediscovered her passion for the backcountry. Today, she pilots a 2022 Skidoo 850 154" and serves as the Secretary (and self-proclaimed "official herder of cats") for her local snowmobile club.

For Megan, riding is deeply personal. It was a bond she shared with her father, and after his sudden passing in 2023, the sport became a way to keep his memory alive. In 2025, she finally "ripped the bandaid off" and attended a ladies' intermediate riding clinic—something her dad had encouraged her to do for years. She knows firsthand that the learning curve is real, and she’s dedicated to making sure no woman feels "left in the dust" like she once did.

Megan is a fierce advocate for a positive community. She has no time for haters or gatekeepers; she believes in "ride in as a group, ride out as a group." Whether she’s hosting ladies' rides, organizing club events, or sharing the "bails and fails" of her own journey on social media, Megan stays relatable and inclusive.

When the snow melts, this Kootenay girl is still adventuring—camping, hiking, and paddleboarding with her three fur babies (including two Basset Hounds!).

Megan, your leadership, your vulnerability, and your commitment to supporting riders of all levels make you a perfect fit for TNT. We are so proud to have you on the team!

There are ambassadors, and then there are the OGs. Please help us welcome back a rider who has been with TNT since beginning (February 2018!) the incredible Rachelle Dupont from Alberta, Canada.

Rachelle’s life has been defined by the throttle since she was eight years old, riding alongside her dad—who is still her best friend and favorite riding partner to this day. By age 11, she had her first sled of her own, and since 2018, she’s been piloting the "Orange Beast" (her 2018 Polaris RMK 800 163) through the deep Alberta backcountry.

When we asked Rachelle why she wanted to return to the team, her answer was all about the sisterhood. She shared: "I absolutely loved being part of TNT. The community, the passion and drive, as well as the support. I’d be honored to be a part of this community again that builds each other up and cheers each other on—both on and off the mountain!"

But Rachelle’s impact on the sport goes way beyond her own riding. She is a powerhouse in the volunteering world, currently serving as the Communications Director for the Calgary Snowmobile Club and the Secretary for the Alberta Snowmobile Association. Having been on snowmobile boards since she was just 17, she is a fierce advocate for the "behind-the-scenes" work that keeps our trails and mountain access alive.

Whether she’s encouraging a new rider through technical terrain or putting a positive, constructive spin on tough conversations, Rachelle’s goal is to see others win. When she’s not chasing snow, she’s likely captured it through her photography, getting lost in a book, or working on a cross-stitch project.

Rachelle, thank you for being a part of our team and for continuing to lead with so much heart. We are so lucky to have you back for another season!

Some of Jen Marcott Bong’s earliest memories involve the Northwoods—specifically, falling asleep on her dad’s handlebars at four years old. Today, Jen is a staple in the Wisconsin riding scene, and she’s proving that being a rider is a 365-day-a-year lifestyle.

Jen’s journey is defined by a move toward total independence. After years of being the only woman in the group and having things done for her, she decided it was time to master the machine herself. This "do-it-yourself" spirit led her to co-found the Wisco Sled Divas with her friend (and fellow TNT Ambassador!) Erica. What started as an idea in a kitchen to help local women connect and ask questions has grown into a tight-knit community of riders who support one another on and off the trails.

Based on the border of Wisconsin and the UP, Jen lives for the throttle in every season. When the snow melts, she doesn't slow down—she just swaps the sled for her SXS or heads to the lake. For Jen, the outdoors is home, whether she's gardening, baking, or sitting on the board of her local snowmobile club to help shape the future of the trails.

She’s joining TNT to help more women realize they don’t need to be "experts" to get out there and start leading. From 20-mile Sunday trail rides to technical days in the woods, Jen is here to show you that you belong in the driver’s seat.

Jen, we are so honored to have your grit and your Northwoods heart on our team this year.
