Moncton’s own Chef Pierre A. Richard continues to make waves in the culinary world! As Executive Chef at Little Louis’ Oyster Bar & Fine Cuisine, he has led the restaurant to 9 straight years of AAA/CAA Four Diamond status. Known for his creativity with local ingredients, Pierre is a passionate advocate for Atlantic cuisine.
His accolades include the Canadian Plate Challenge (2019 SIAL Toronto), seven Gold Awards for Good Food Innovation, and even a coveted invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York.
A true champion of local food and culinary excellence and we are so lucky to have him back! You can find him in Cottage Chic during the Taste of St. Andrews.
