I’ve seen some new faces join my page so I thought I’d reintroduce myself 🙂

Hi!! I’m Vanessa, the face behind Muscle Works Therapeutic Massage.

I’ve been a registered massage therapist proudly serving the St. Paul, AB area for 13 years & counting. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors or getting lost in a good book.

I’ve always loved connecting with people & helping those around me, which is what led me to pursue a career in massage therapy.

I offer a variety of treatment options, including shockwave therapy, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, cupping, hot stone & prenatal. Over the years, I’ve helped clients manage chronic & acute injuries, relieve repetitive strain & muscle tension, & simply take time for themselves to relax & recharge.

Hi friends, I'm Christal—the founder of The Nest Café & Boutique 🪴

I'm a retired Registered Nurse turned soulpreneur, and The Nest was created from one simple belief: no one should have to do life alone.

More than serving great coffee (although we take that seriously too ☕), we're here to create a place where people feel seen, supported, and connected. Community is at the heart of everything we do.

Every homemade bake, every carefully chosen product, and every conversation is rooted in intention. We believe nourishment goes beyond food—it lives in belonging, authentic connection, and creating spaces where your nervous system can soften and your spirit can rest.

Our mission is to support mothers, families, and our communities through meaningful experiences, local products, and opportunities to reconnect with ourselves and each other.

This dream started with one café, but the vision is much bigger. We hope to continue growing across Alberta and beyond, creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, cared for, and at home.
