Very happy to have you! I started making jewelry after a friend lost their mare in an accident, I wanted to give her something that she could keep close to her. I should tell you is how to get your horses hair to me. The best way to cut hair, is from the bottom of the tail bone. If you lift the tail, separate the longest hair, and cut the amount you need; it will not be visible that you cut any. T

he longer you can get it the better. Secure it with an elastic and put in an envelope. I do not need the hair prepared in any other way. It is always washed before I work with it. I need about the diameter of your finger depending on style and as long as possible. If you only have mane hair, the designs you can choose from will be limited. PLEASE contact to see what designs are available for short hair. When mailing the hair, please include a piece of paper with your name, address, style you like, and the actual length of the bracelet. If you don't have a tape measure, just cut a string the size you want your bracelet to be. (Make sure not to use a stretchy string.) This is the best way to measure

You are also welcome to send beads and/or charms that you may want added (no extra charge)

Things have been crazy y busy around here with spring finally making an appearance and so many beautiful orders going out!

There’s many more to show but these were so beautiful and the first pendant was just incredible!

It was done in ashes and a tooth. Ashes are simply amazing because in the bag, they don’t look like much but once I start sorting through them, I can sometimes find the most amazing colours such as - turquoise, orange, greens and you never know until you start sifting.

I was so excited to find those beautiful colours that matched so perfectly with the turquoise paw 💕

Jewelry isn’t for everyone and I totally get that. It’s kind of funny because I make jewelry but at the same time, I don’t actually wear a lot of it either. Right now I’m wearing a ring I made that holds the ashes of two of my goats and that’s it.

So if you’re not into jewelry, I get you! And that’s why I also have so many wonderful options!

A little behind the scenes of how we make our custom pieces!

Did you know everything is made in house? Absolutely nothing is shipped in from other countries at all, because your horse deserves nothing but the best!

Each and every piece is either made by hand or cast in house after making a 3D print, it’s then polished and sized if needed, then your horses hair is then braided or woven and inlaid into your new jewelry 💕

Did you know it’s not just horse hair jewelry being made over here? I work with all kinds of hair -horse, cow, cat, dog, sheep’s wool, goat, the list goes on.

And not only do I work with hair, but I also work with ashes.

Working with ashes can be incredibly emotional at times, when you receive that little bag of ashes, you know that the animal has passed on. When you get a little clipping of hair, there’s always that chance that it isn’t a memorial piece but ashes, those hit hard.

No matter what inclusion you’re sending, it is always handled with the utmost care and respect

Wow, I just looked back at when my last post was and it was a while ago 😅

In late October we moved and pretty much started the renovations right away!
And I’m happy to say, we are in the finishing stages of them, yay!

It’s been one heck of a construction zone here with walls being taken out, flooring fixed and replaced, sawdust, drywall dust and power tools everywhere. But it was well worth it!

Now that we are back to work full time, orders are once again going out quickly! And there’s been so many gorgeous pieces done up in between the construction!

This one was actually just finished up and it’s on its way home today. It’s a custom design from a repeat client and I just can’t express my gratitude to her for putting so much trust in me.

The diamond in the centre is a lab grown diamond made from her boys ashes and surrounded by his hair. I’m still in awe of how beautiful it is 💕
