Well... I may have overestimated what I can get done while 7 months pregnant 😂 no lifting large bolts of fabric for me! I'll keep you all posted for when I may have my pop up happening but the fabric sale will definitely have to wait for the fall. Thank you for all your patience and understanding 😘💗❤

Wow, what a year! Thank you for everyone who has stuck with this business and waited so patiently as my life has shifted and with it, CasualTea as well.

A little about what's been happening: we have experienced a lot of loss, joy, and new beginnings this year with a big move, the deaths of some dear friends, and the exciting development of my wife and I expecting a baby at the end of the summer! After a long struggle to find a space in which to sew and create I have, through the love and generosity of my community, finally begun to build a beautiful little studio space in a sea can.

What does all this mean for CasualTea Clothiers?:
With a new babe on the way and with a much smaller space to work in, the business is going to have to shift slightly and I'm not yet sure what form exactly that will take. For the time being, I am catching up on some repairs and alterations, catching up on production, and taking on some small production contracts. I am also working hard to reimagine CasualTea and all that it can become in this new space and life.

Things to look forward to:
I will be hosting a giant fabric sale in the next month to make more room in this smaller space so stay tuned for that!

I will be organising a CasualTea and Winged heart clothing pop up shop for this summer and will have some old favorites as well as some brand new designs to share with you all!

Looking forward to new beginnings and sharing this adventure with you all❤ stay tuned for news and updates on upcoming events.

Hello dear friends and customers! what a year it has been; full of up and downs but still moving forward. We had a great summer and have almost sold out of most of our styles. We do still have some stock left, so if you are interested please come and check us out along with Winged Heart Clothing at the beaver point craft fair!

CasualTea will hopefully be returning to you next year with some remakes of customer favourites like the lounge pants, shorts, and smoking jacket as well as some newly imagined designs. Stay tuned for updates as to when we will officially be back in business.

Hello Saltspring! I am on the hunt for a space to house my clothing company. Needing a space at least large enough to house three industrial sewing machines and rolls of fabric (approximately 200 square feet) although 300-350 square feet would be ideal. Must have electricity and be mold and rat free
