Our old retail location at 801 7 Ave N in Saskatoon is available for lease Jul 1. The location is prime for walk in traffic as it is next door to one of the most popular coffee shops in Saskatoon, and other well established business. The suite has a washroom and a back sink and counter area. 240 sq ft. $1255 monthly. Thanks for looking.
