What Mommy of Max Makes

What Mommy of Max Makes I picked up my hook around Christmas 2014 and haven't set it down yet. But I picked up the hook again at Christmas 2014 and I haven't set it down since!

I can't remember a time when I didn't know how to crochet, so my Grandma Myrtle must have taught me quite young. I didn't do any throughout high school and university but I did a few projects again once I started working, then again once we moved back to SK.

It’s not knit!

I’ve always preferred the texture of knit washcloths over the thickness of crochet ones.

I’ve attempted to learn knitting but after decades of rheumatoid arthritis the physical limitations of my hands make it impossible.

I tried tunisian crochet but didn’t find anything that replicated the knitted fabric.

Then a video about knooking came on my YouTube feed!

Success!!

It’s such a small thing but it’s annoyed me for years 😂 and I guess an old dog 🐶 can learn some new(ish) tricks!
