I have often been told by friends and family that traveling solo can be dangerous and lonely. I would argue that travelling solo is not only an e

xperience that builds independence but also lasting bonds with extraordinary people, some who I would not have otherwise met. For me, traveling solo has been an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and learn about cultures first hand. I have now launched the beachwear and apparel boutique which will carry swimsuits, sweaters, comfort wear including athletic pieces - all named after Cities or Oceans! My motto is to love yourself along the journey... whether safe at home or traveling abroad. Be kind to yourself as we navigate the journey of life and be kind to others. I hope my blog provides you with a first-person perspective you can rely on and utilize on your own adventure, whether solo or alongside good company! I also hope you fall in love with the perfect fit Cities and Oceans swimwear and clothing pieces offer - because everyone deserves to wear pieces they love along their own journey!

There is something about Northern Ontario being my backdrop that never stops taking my breath away... 🌲🌊

The deep greens of the trees. The fresh water. The quiet moments where nature reminds us to slow down.

Wearing the black Laguna Beach Dress against this landscape in June felt like the perfect contrast — beach elegance against an untamed space that is perfect just as it is.

A metaphor for us all. TBH I had already posted this dress but wanted to highlight the beauty of this backdrop...

As someone born and raised in Northern Ontario, these forests, lakes, and shorelines are home to so many memories. Watching communities impacted by wildfires across our province has been heartbreaking — especially Thunder Bay; a second home to me while at University.

A reminder that the outdoor places we love are not guaranteed. They need protection as well as respect.

I pray for recovery and for all those helping preserve these outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful and peaceful, but a home for so many.
