I have often been told by friends and family that traveling solo can be dangerous and lonely. I would argue that travelling solo is not only an e
xperience that builds independence but also lasting bonds with extraordinary people, some who I would not have otherwise met. For me, traveling solo has been an opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and learn about cultures first hand.
