🎄✨ VENDOR APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN! ✨🎄

We’re incredibly excited to announce the First Annual Christmas Vintage & Craft Market, brought to you by Shawnigan Vintage Barn in partnership with Dougan Homestead & Farm.
Saturday November 28th, 11-3pm.

This isn’t just another Christmas market—our vision is to create a beautifully curated holiday shopping experience in one of the Cowichan Valley’s most charming settings.

Set inside a stunning rustic barn in Cobble Hill, with exceptional visibility right off the highway, the barn will be transformed into a magical Christmas wonderland, filled with vintage charm, festive décor, and unique treasures.

We’re looking for approximately 30 carefully selected vendors, with a focus on:

🤍 Vintage & antique dealers
🤍 Handmade artisans and makers whose products complement a vintage-inspired Christmas theme
🤍 Unique, quality goods you won’t find in big box stores

To ensure a wonderful shopping experience, we’ll be curating a varied mix of vendors rather than accepting multiple stalls selling similar products.

Spaces are available in different sizes:
🎁 Approx. 10’ x 10’ spaces for vintage vendors.
🎁 Smaller table spaces are also available for makers and artisans, with pricing to suit.

Visitors can enjoy:
🍴 Delicious food
🎨 A children’s Christmas craft corner
🎄 A warm, festive atmosphere in a beautifully decorated heritage barn
🛍️ A truly special Christmas shopping experience supporting small local businesses.

If you’re looking for a fresh new Christmas event with fantastic exposure and would love to be part of what we hope will become an annual Cowichan Valley tradition, we’d love to hear from you.

Solid wood table with six ladder back chairs (all sturdy) - table has a tuck away leaf when not in use - has been painted a dark brown - seats do come off so stripping /sanding should be much easier ! Would make a fantastic set for anyone who has time ! Come grab it today -literally no storage :(
