Hot summer days call for short social runs with dips in the lake!

Join us tonight, 620pm at the South Beach of Alice Lake for our Wednesday night Social. We’ll do a little 60min trail run that finishes with a dip in Edith before making our way back to our cars.

This Saturday, we have 2 group options, each group will be doing their own route, but aiming for 2:15ish.

This will be Riley’s last week leading the Speedy group, and he’s looking at a Wonderland, Stump, Man B***s, Mad Hatter, Hot Tuna, Jacks back to end of Tantalus.
​
Chris will be taking the Social group up Icy Hole to Guanxi to Mash*ter, up Treasure, Mike’s Loop, and down Credit Line.

Trails 101 tomorrow returns to a Capra start, 9am from the shop.

Nervous to join a group? Returning from injury? Dipping your toes into the trail running world?

Everyone is welcome. We’ll do approx 5km in 60 minutes with instructional breaks.

Come a few mins early if you need to sign a waiver or borrow trail shoes.

This Saturday, we have 2 group options, each group will be doing their own route, but aiming for 2:15ish.
​
Ger will be taking the Speedy Social up a couple of punchy climbs; Grinch Toes, down Rupert, back up Entrails, down Credit Line, up Mid Life Crisis & back to the cars. Expect approx 12km, 700m of gain
​
Solana will be doing a similar but shorter loop, hitting up Stone Ridge & Treasure trail for a little variety for the Social group.

Tomorrow night, we’re celebrating Pride in Squamish, Capra style.

Join us for a 60min run on the Ray Peters trails; beautiful, rolling, lush forest, no trail shoes or experience necessary. Bring your glam, your glitter, your rainbows, anything that celebrates the FUN and LOVE that is at the heart of Pride month.

Led by the oh so lovely Trish Kelly

Post run, we’re headed to A-FRAME Brewing Company & FLIPSIDE BURGERS for a drink & bite to eat.
