For something that affects half the population and brings every single one of us into the world, it’s surprising how many conversations around pregnancy and women’s health are still treated as uncomfortable, embarrassing, or off limits.

Too many women grow up without accurate education, have their concerns dismissed, or feel ashamed to ask questions about their own bodies.

The more we talk openly about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menstruation, fertility, menopause, and women’s health, the more informed, supported, and empowered women can be.

It’s time to replace silence with education, stigma with compassion, and taboo with honest conversation.

Not every opinion is right. But not every controversial opinion is wrong.

Some of the biggest conversations in women’s health, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum started because someone was willing to challenge the status quo.

✨ Postpartum care should be a priority.
✨ Pregnancy and women’s health shouldn’t be taboo.
✨ There isn’t one “right” way to give birth.
✨ You don’t need to navigate being a parent alone.
✨ Every family deserves support.

Whether you agree with these statements or not, they’re worth talking about. Better conversations lead to better education, more informed choices, and stronger support for families.

We’re now accepting vendors for the South East Bump2Baby Expo – Fall 2026!

📍 Clearspring Centre, Steinbach, MB

⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎟️ Free Admission

Vendor Priority Notice:

Tables will be prioritized for businesses within the health, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, baby, and family space, including (but not limited to):
• Doulas & birth professionals
• Lactation & infant feeding support
• Prenatal, postpartum & newborn services
• Baby & family vendors
• Family centered educators & wellness providers
• Women’s health professionals

Our goal is to create a supportive, community centered event where local families can connect with trusted resources all in one place.

🍿 Popcorn + Water will be available for purchase, with 100% of proceeds going to South East Helping Hands.
🥫 You can also bring a non perishable food item to help support local families in our community.
