Today I unpacked another Victorian tote.
I found a very interesting piece of Victorian kitchen utensil here is the info about it.

Title: Antique Joseph Tyzack & Sons "3-Leg" Steel Kitchen Mincing Knife / Herb Chopper (Circa 1860–1890)
Maker: Joseph Tyzack & Sons (Fitzwilliam Works, Sheffield, England)
Era: Late Victorian (Late 19th Century)
Primary Materials: Forged Steel Blade, Treen turned-wood handle.
Overview
Up for sale is a highly collectible and wonderfully preserved example of late-Victorian kitchenalia: a heavy-duty domestic mincing knife/dough cutter manufactured by the legendary Sheffield firm, Joseph Tyzack & Sons. This piece is a fantastic artifact from the golden age of Sheffield edge tool production, making it an excellent addition to any collection of antique kitchen tools or regional Sheffield steel.
Rare Markings & Provenance
The face of the forged steel blade features exceptionally crisp, readable stamps that make this piece highly sought after by tool historians:

1. "JOS H TYZACK & SONS / SHEFFIELD" – Clearly struck and perfectly legible.
2. The "3-LEG" Corporate Trademark – Fully visible to the left of the manufacturer text. Registered by Tyzack in 1847 to celebrate their trade routes to the Isle of Man, this triskelion emblem is their most iconic and prized corporate mark.
The rest are also Victorian E.A.P.G water pitchers and compotes.
Also vintage John Deer, New Holland and Tonka die cast toys.

Stained Glass Mosaic Workshop.
JUNE 7th 2026

I have finally secured the Botha hall for my next stained glass mosaic workshop.
My daughter Tiffany from Fig Esthetics will be doing the workshop, she is a world renowned realistic micro artist! Take advantage of her talents of depth, colour and perception, plus so much more.
We supply everything you will need to do an 8x10” picture.
Everything we supply is for you to keep including the tool for future projects.
We only ask for you to bring a frame 8”x10”with glass, no plexiglass.
Workshop will be held at the Botha Community Hall on Sunday June 7th from 10:00 Am to 4:00 Pm.
The cost of the workshop $175
We have limited seating so book early!
You can book by texting 403- 896 0111, messenger, or in person at Artsy Fartsy Emporium.
I’d suggest a bag lunch since there are no restaurants or food stores in Botha. The hall has a kitchen with a microwave.
