Our August Woman of the Month, Neelam Sahota is a Sikh Canadian woman, mother of three, community leader, and CEO of the DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society. At 39, with three children under the age of eight, she chose to embrace a major leadership opportunity instead of waiting for the “right” time.
