Whether you’re out for a little fall road trip or just enjoying a Saturday around town, we’re here from 10–5. The leaves are starting to fall, the days are getting shorter, and it’s a lovely time to slow down and wander a little.

A little change of plans for tomorrow 🤍

We’re so sorry, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, Meadow House & Co. will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, October 15.

This is never an easy decision to make as a small business owner, and we sincerely apologize to anyone who may have been planning to stop by. We know it can be disappointing to arrive in town or plan a visit only to find us closed, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience.

If you were hoping to come wander with us tomorrow, we would love to welcome you on Friday instead. We’ll be back to our regular hours, 10–5, and look forward to seeing you then.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It means more than you know. 🤍

Happy Thanksgiving weekend! 🍂

If you have family or friends visiting for the long weekend, bring them along for a wander through Meadow House. It’s always lovely to welcome new faces and share a little of what we have here in Sussex.

We’ll be here with good tunes playing and plenty to browse, from old finds and fall favourites to a few things for the home, the wardrobe and the pantry.

Wishing you all a lovely Thanksgiving weekend, filled with good food, good company and a little time to slow down.

Sitting here this morning, watching the leaves blow along the sidewalk in our beautiful little town, with the dark skies overhead and all those beautiful fall colours still hanging on.

We’re really loving shopkeeper life more and more— the quiet moments before the door opens, the familiar faces that wander in, the conversations that happen throughout the day, and the little community that’s slowly growing around this place. Feeling very grateful for all of it. 🍂

It’s a beautiful fall day here, and we’re open today from 10–5 🍂

We’ve received some lovely dried flower wreaths in the shop, made with locally grown flowers from Maple Breeze Acres. We love having a little bit of the garden around as the seasons change.
