👋 Meet the CFA Board: David Alonzi

This month, we're excited to introduce David Alonzi, a valued Board Member of the Canadian Fabricare Association and President of GreenClean Fabric Care Services Inc. and GreenClean Restoration Cleaners Network.

With 24 years in the fabricare industry, David has been a leader in innovation, specializing in professional wet cleaning since 2003 and GreenEarth® cleaning since 2005. His expertise spans both custom retail garment care and fire restoration cleaning.

David believes every professional business should be part of its industry association because there's always something new to learn.

His advice for fellow CFA members?
💬 "We all do not know everything. Listen to other members' stories, their struggles, and their successes. Adapt that knowledge to your business and you'll see the benefit."

He also reminds us that employees are the heartbeat of every business, and when people feel valued, they care deeply about the work they do.

One of David's favourite parts of the industry is building lifelong relationships with customers and seeing generations of families return over the years. (And, of course, there's nothing quite like watching a stubborn stain disappear on the spotting board!)

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, cheering on his son and daughter at their sports activities, and still finds time to play soccer—a passion he's had since growing up in an Italian family.
