Good morning everyone! ☀️

August is here, and I thought I'd try something a little different this month!

I'm excited to host a 31 Days of Movement Challenge through Angèle's Cozy Zyia Closet. 🎉 The goal is simple: move your body for 30 minutes each day in whatever way works for you. Walking, stretching, yoga, strength training, dancing in your living room, gardening, or chasing after kids all count!

This will be a private challenge group, so only those who join will be able to see the posts and participate. It's designed to be a fun, encouraging, judgment-free space where we can motivate each other, celebrate our wins, and build healthy habits together.

OOTD (Outfit of the Day)

I don't post many OOTDs, but wow, I'm so glad I ordered these Brown Cedar Bluff Pants!😍

For reference, I'm 5'7" and 182 lbs. I ordered my true-to-size Large with the 31" inseam, and they did not disappoint. The fit is tailored, so if you're between sizes, I would recommend sizing up.

The fabric is 97% cotton and 3% spandex, so there isn't a lot of stretch. Even so, they're comfortable, fit beautifully, and I absolutely love the look.

I'm also wearing the Cobalt Party in the Back Tank in a size Large. The support is great, but I think I'll size up next time for a little more coverage for those love handles.😆

Overall, these pieces are such a treat to wear!
