Last year I published several sock patterns with romantic ruffle details and this year I’ve been exploring different ways to use them on sweaters. I have designed and published several patterns this year featuring luxurious tonal yarns, classic lines, and feminine yet understated adornments. From Florencia, a surplice front, body hugging wrap, to Carina, a playful scoop neck tee with dainty shoulder pouffe, and my latest as yet unnamed project using a classic top down circular yoke construction. Toe up with a short row heel, shaped calf, and topped with a picot cuff. The pattern is calls Dreams and for my sample I used exactly one skein of Hedgehog Sock in the Woodland colourway. For my own little mod I held the yarn double with a stand of pale pink silk mohair to reinforce and warm the toes.

My new sauna hat, Löyly, kept me and a friend comfortable enough to extend our steam session, enabling the loveliest intimate chat about love, life, and soul uplifting moments.
I whipped these up in two days using less than 1.5 skeins each of Malabrigo Chunky. The pattern is available on Ravelry & Etsy.
