A Love Letter to VUK & You
When I started this journey 3 years ago, I knew that I was going to give a lot to this business, but I never realized how much it would give back to me. VUK has been a source of unexpected inspiration, reigniting my love for fashion, revealing my true determination and work ethic and has grown my passion towards a sustainable future. Most importantly, it has emphasized the value of community. To each and every person who has supported VUK in any way, big or small, I want to express my deepest appreciation. It is your collective support that has kept me going every step of the way, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
This past year in business has taken its toll on me. Various factors in life paired with running a business have left me feeling emotionally drained and burnt out. Despite these feelings, I hold onto strong hopes for VUK's future, but for right now I'm making the tough decision to hit the pause button. It's a decision that has made me emotional many times, but I'm certain that it's the best decision for both VUK and myself. This is not a farewell; it's goodbye for now. Be assured that when we return, we'll come back stronger than ever.
We've built up inventory over the summer for our pop-up events. In light of this, we're organizing a heartfelt thank-you sale featuring our existing stock, alongside one final round of made-to-order offerings. This will be your last opportunity to order, so if you have had your eye on something this is the time.
