Free Run Club every Sunday at 9 a.m. starting at the High Park Running Room, 2100 Bloor St. W. All paces and abilities welcome.

We do a 5 km route but you are welcome to run a bit before you come to the store or add as much as you want (or need to if you have a fall longer race) afterwards.

https://ca.mapometer.com/running/route_5660419.html

This week we’ll go back to the route that allows everyone to say hi, high five, or just smile at the runners ahead or behind you because it’s an out and back route. Regardless of your pace, you’ll see everyone! And feel free to stay and have 1/2 an orange and a cool cup of water.

Perfect weather forecast as of 11:30 Saturday...20C, cloudy with a light SW wind at 10 km/hr.

I hope to see you tomorrow.

See you tonight at 6pm for Run Club.
