Carmen's Designs Since 1985 I have been providing our clients with very beautiful, comfortable and most updated children’s fashions. Newborn to size 16.

Then in 1995, my passion for sewing and design propelled me to start Carmen’s Designs. Carmen’s Designs is owned and operated by Carmen Romao. Carmen has been in the children’s and ladies' wear business for over 20 years. In 1995, her passion and love for sewing and design propelled her to start Carmen's Designs. Today she carries both ready-made and custom clothing. Carmen maintains a strong belief in high quality workmanship and one-of-a-kind designs. Carmen's Designs carries clothing for occasions including, though not limited to:
