Here are a few tips that we should all start doing to care for our clothes and keep them for longer:

1)Don't wash your clothes, especially if they still smell fresh. Unless they're dirty of course!

2) Wash them with cold water, especially if you're washing colored clothes.

3) Pay attention to CARE LABELS! Different clothes are made of different materials and are washed in different settings and different ways. (like silk, wool, cashmere, etc.)

4) Wash inside out. This is quite important if the machine is overfilled with clothes, this can cause friction and damage to them

5) Air-dry if possible. If not, then do not use a high-temperature setting when using a clothing dryer. This can severely damage your clothes especially if the material is made of wool, silk, cashmere, velvet, polyester, and more.

6) Alter your clothes to your fit or refresh your style when needed! Don't give up on a piece of cloth because of its size or trend. Give it a second chance!
