No more gear that was never made for us. 🛑✊

Working safely is not a privilege, it is a right. And real protection must be available to everyone equally, without exception.
For years, women in the field have had to improvise, wear the wrong sizes, or modify their own equipment just to do their jobs safely. Progress has been made, yes, but reality tells us there is still a long way to go.

And we will not give up. 🔥

✨An awareness we started back.

👉🏻In 2024, we went to Parliament Hill to propose better fitting PPE and advocate for its inclusion in the toolkit.

Today, that effort is turning into reality the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC) has formally presented an initiative to Parliament to make PPE tax-deductible! 🙌🇨🇦

This is an important step forward for workers.
