Let’s face it, therapy has a negative stigma especially within communities of colour. We’ve all struggled with mental health in one way or another. Our mission is to empower people to be authentically themselves, and a big part of that is getting help when you need it.

Are you as excited as we are to crush 2021? 👊🏽💥

For many of us, a new year brings hope for a fresh start. We’ve set high hopes for the months to come, desperate to get back to a post-COVID normal. Many people had a pretty good year, but let’s be real, 2020 also brought many struggles on a global scale. In the same token, these challenges forced us to shift our perspective, adapt, and grow in ways we never imagined.

Amidst the chaos, we did our best to push through and keep up. Needless to say, the burnout was real! And as we got a taste of that “boss life”, we took some hits and developed a wisdom that we must carry into 2021. Can you relate?

Nonetheless, the love and support that you’ve shown has inspired us to work harder to manifest the true essence of HYFA in our next collection. In order to achieve this, we have decided to take a brief hiatus from social media to rebuild our foundation. Many of us would agree that a digital detox is crucial, now more than ever. We encourage you to do the same and prioritize living in your truth.

We are forever grateful 🙏🏽 for your support, and are excited to return stronger than ever! Wishing you an abundance of blessings in this new year✨. This is not a good-bye, but see you soon!
