A Moment of Peace Goods is based on the idea that we can enjoy our lives everyday, even when we’re in the thick of it. We don’t have to wait for big moments to feel joy, gratitude, accomplishment, peace.
My kids are outside skating with their Dad. I am feeling pangs of guilt for not being out there with them. But then I remember that taking a moment (of peace) for myself is in service of everyone. The house is quiet, I’m able to think, relax, and breathe deeply for a few minutes until someone is too cold to keep going, or there is a desperate need of hot chocolate.
Being more mindful & aware of these little things makes the day that much sweeter.
