“The Siren myth is the mother of all female myth symbols. She is sensual, alluring, powerful. Yet, if one is not prepared for the adventure, she is dangerous." -In Spite of Sirens is a performative art installation that references the repetition and rhythm found in waves of water, a connection to the divine feminine; space has been subverted and inverted to remive and expose the violence inherent in todays masculinity and symbols of power.
