ZAN
A tribute to heritage, femininity, and quiet strength.

The sculptural pendant traces the form of “ز” the first letter of ZAN, the Persian word for woman.

Inspired by Khat-e Mikhi, the ancient cuneiform script, the design transforms the enduring beauty of Persian inscriptions into a refined contemporary form.

More than a piece of jewellery, ZAN is a timeless emblem of resilience, identity, and the cultural legacy carried by women through generations.

All we do in life becomes so much more meaningful when it’s done in service of a greater cause.

It was an honour to be part of Couture for a Cause in the heart of Toronto’s Yorkville, alongside the incredible Hairdressers for Love & Peace, in support of CAMH.

Fashion has the power to inspire, to connect, and to bring people together but when creativity is used to support something bigger than ourselves, it becomes far more than beauty. It becomes purpose.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this evening possible first and foremost Daniel Fiorio, all the organizers, volunteers, artists, models, hair and makeup teams, fellow designers, and every guest whose presence and generosity helped support such an important cause.

Grateful to have been part of a night where fashion met compassion.

We are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such talented souls. Every person involved in this journey brought not only their craft, but also their love, generosity, and passion. The result is a heartfelt piece of music created especially for PARTISANS, inspired by the spirit and resilience of Persian artisans.

Once again, this collection reminds us of the strength of community. When we create together, support one another, and hold each other’s hands, there is no limit to what we can achieve. The journey becomes unforgettable, and the work carries the soul of everyone who helped bring it to life.

With deep gratitude to the musicians who composed this track for PARTISANS in another continent under unfortunate circumstances that our country, Iran was facing.
