Answer: Bluesign certified fabrics are those that have been assessed by the Bluesign system for their resource productivity, consumer safety, air emissions, water emissions, and occupational health and safety.

A product can only be called "Bluesign Certified" if it meets the Bluesign standard for one or more of these criteria. The Bluesign standard is the most stringent textile standard in the world, and it's also the only one that takes into account all aspects of product manufacturing - from fiber production to finished garment.
