At Angelina we are encouraging and learning self-care and self-love. This process is an on-going process that lives with us every single day. We believe choosing yourself first is extremely important in order to be able to show up for self and for others as well.
Choosing yourself is choosing self-discipline. Loving yourself soOo much that you choose the hard decisions that will bring blessings in the long run, rather than accepting momentary emotional happiness that will often times bring regret. We must remember that in this process it is completely natural to continuously fail, but we will not ever quit. The bad has to co-exist with the good in order to experience what we believe to be good. If we didn't experience "bad" or regretful situations... There wouldn't be room for the opportunity for us to show up for ourselves, to learn, to grow, to persevere, and to overcome.
