TORONTO | AUDITION TECHNIQUES CLASS | FOR MODELS

I am excited to host an actors class catered specifically for models looking to step up their audition game.

As a casting director who started off his career casting print (for many years), I transitioned into casting commercials and then film and television. I feel I am a great fit to help models who wish to do the same thing.

I have held private classes with modeling agencies in the past; and the feedback was that everyone really enjoyed being in a space with likeminded participants, those facing similar challenges and on a similar level, which creates a very safe space for all to participate, perform and ask questions.

This class focuses on the following:

Best Audition tips (be it Live, Virtual or Self-tape)
What to do if given little or no Direction?
Actor Choices / Performance Tips / Business of Being an Actor
(Optional) Live performance/feedback + a redirect
Question & Answer section at the end

The rate is my standard class fee of $149 CDN plus taxes and fees ($180.82 CDN). However, I would like to offer a $50 discount code to anyone who books in the first week, thus $99 plus taxes and fees ($120.65) to confirm your place.

Morgan Casting is on the search for a child actor (open to those with pro representation as well as “non-pros” willing to give it a shot.

Casting for a SAG ULB thriller titled THE TEMPERING.
Shoots in Canton, Mississippi

Storyline: When the owner of a local ice cream parlor is gunned down, Detective Abbey Davison, must put her personal troubles aside and unravel the cold-blooded murder. And when the gunman surprisingly surrenders without incident, he sets about taunting her into a tense, cat and mouse game with the lives of abducted children he claims are still alive. It falls to Abbey to solve the mystery in exchange for his confession and along the way, her faith is tested in every way imaginable.

[KYLE] Male, White, 6-8 years old. Kyle is Detective Abbey’s son. He has 2 pages of dialogue and we are seeking a kid who is a great natural actor, good with taking direction and also well behaved on set and with others. He’s playing an honest clean kid who ends up in a car accident.

Works 3 non-consecutive days: 04/20/2026, 04/24/2026, 04/26/2026
Pays $249/day + 10% agency fee if applicable
Production preferes Canton, MS local hires but is open to providing a courtesy hotel on a case-by-case basis.
Talent should be coming in from within a reasonable drive of Canton, MS.
