The Li’l Sidekick is one of my favourite ways to carry bigger, curious babies. It positions baby high on your hip with a great view of the world, while distributing their weight across your shoulder and torso instead of relying on your arms.

Perfect for those up-and-down, stop-and-explore adventures when they’re too heavy to carry everywhere but definitely not ready to walk everywhere either. 😂

One of the highlights of our time in Rome was discovering Yoga Mama Roma. ❤️🇮🇹

From pregnancy through postpartum and early parenthood, Yoga Mama has created a beautiful space where parents can move, learn, connect and feel genuinely supported with their babies.

What struck me most was the sense of community. It’s the kind of place that reminds you that becoming a parent doesn’t mean you have to figure everything out on your own.
