Amazing, amazing show NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show - loved every minute! What a class act event! 👏🏼💕✨

Peak Week 1 to Peak Week 2– we came in almost 2 pounds tighter, posing got better, I applied feedback and stage presentation was more confident/flowy!!💖

All in all— I am so happy with my IFBB pro debut showings! I learned a ton, and truly am excited for this new venture in the FitModel Division! 🙏

I have a lot to learn— and once I get additional show feedback, I will apply and work the rear off to deliver it!!🫡

For now, we slow reverse into a fueling period and I now prep for the TCS New York City Marathon in 11-weeks! 🏃‍♀️

Quick reminder: From Professional BODYBUILDING to Marathon Training— you can literally do anything… you just have to be consistent, and let the work mimic the results you claim to want to achieve. 💪🏻

Nothing of worth ever comes easy— so put your head down and let your actions live out your goals. 👏🏼
