Before we can expect longer stretches of sleep at night, we need to ensure your baby is getting enough calories during the day. If they continue taking a large portion of their intake overnight, their body will keep waking for those feeds. A few gentle strategies to help your little one through this tough phase 👇

- Keep goodbyes calm and consistent
