One of the best ways to obliterate fear is to focus your mind on joy. You can’t feel fear and joy at the same time, it’s as impossible as juggling while doing a handstand.⁠

Begin to look more at all of the good in your life. See the beauty in the relationships you have with your friends and family. Appreciate your good health, natural abilities, and all of the material wealth you may have. The more time you think of the good in your life, the less attention and power you give to fear.⁠
