💗 HELLO & WELCOME TO A NEW CHAPTER! 💗

Hi everyone! I’m Renita, and I’m so excited and honoured to introduce myself as the new owner of Personalized Baby Blankets! 🎉
I've been thinking for a while about what I wanted to do, and when I saw Melissa's post, I knew I wanted to take this opportunity. Now that I have the chance to take over this wonderful local business, I want to continue the tradition that has been built over the past 16 years.

I’m truly grateful to Melissa for trusting me with something she has poured so much time, creativity, and love into. I’m also excited to learn and create the personalized blankets that you’ve come to love. 🥰

For those who may not know me, I’ve called PEI home for the past four years and work in the education system. I’m a creative person who loves learning new things, and I’m looking forward to putting that creativity into every personalized order. 🧵💗

I know taking over a business with such a wonderful history is a big responsibility, and I hope I can earn your trust and support as I begin this new journey.

If you’ve supported this business over the years, thank you. ❤️ And if you’re new here, welcome! I hope you’ll follow along as I learn, create, and grow this little local business.

I'm so thrilled with this new journey of mine. Thank you for welcoming me!

~Renita

💗 A NEW CHAPTER 💗

After 16 incredible years, I have some very exciting — and a little bittersweet — news to share.

I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single person who has supported my business over the years. Whether you placed one order or have been a customer from the very beginning, recommended me to a friend, shared my posts, or simply cheered me on — I am so incredibly grateful. Your support has meant more to me than you know.

After 16 years of creating, growing, learning, and meeting so many wonderful people along the way, I have made the decision to sell my business and begin a new chapter. ❤️

But don’t worry — the business is in wonderful hands!

I am so excited to introduce you to the new owner, Renita Ressie! 🎉

Renita has called PEI home for the past 4 years and works in the education system. I am thrilled that she will be taking over and continuing to serve you and fulfill your orders. I know she will bring her own creativity, care, and enthusiasm to the business, and I hope you will welcome and support her just as you have supported me.

This isn’t really goodbye — it’s simply passing the torch. 🥰

And as I step away, I want to remind everyone of something that has always been important to me:

SUPPORT LOCAL! 🏡❤️

When you support a local small business, you’re supporting a person, a family, and a dream. Please continue to shop local, recommend local businesses, share their posts, and cheer them on.

Thank you all for 16 amazing years. I will always be grateful for the incredible people who supported me along the way.

Here’s to new beginnings for me and an exciting new chapter for the business! ❤️

Please join me in welcoming Renita and supporting her as she takes the reins! 🎉

Once again, I will not be taking orders for the summer months! Our summer is too short here on PEI to be working extra!

If you would like to place an order to be ready for the end of June, let me know this weekend! I can take 6 orders today.

Thanks once again for all your support!
